Fairy is a small, founding team, so we want to be plain about this. These are part-time roles, not full-time salaried jobs, and they will stay part-time for a while. There is no large salary up front. Some roles are paid for each thing you host or run, and others earn a modest stipend that grows as membership grows. We keep the team lean on purpose, some roles may be combined, and we agree on a growth plan together so the people who build Fairy share in what they build. Come because you believe in where this is going. We will be honest with you at every step about where things stand.
